Days excluding from shipment:
It is necessary to mention that our shipping partners do not work on the weekends, therefore if you are making any service deal on Friday after 14:00 hours, the product will be processed on the first day of the following week, Monday. The delivery time is calculated by the address of shipment, the package content and the holidays during the period (if any). In case you do not receive the order on the estimated date, inform the pharmacy regarding the matter and we will resolve the issue as soon as possible.
Failure in a delivery:
Well, the shipment of delivery problems are quite rare and sometimes happens due to technical issues or wrong address details, if you encountered with such an incident, you should inform us immediately. We provide reshipment as well as the complete refund of the product as per the customer’s demand. In case you have any questions, you are free to contact our pharmacy any time of the day via live chat, electronic mail or telephone communication.
As we mentioned above, we do not deliver on the weekends. Therefore you should not expect immediate delivery during the weekend’s time. The period for delivery once the order has been processed, it takes 24 hours to reach the shipping address. Holidays or weekends are the exceptions in this case. If the customers do not receive the order within 2 days from the estimated shipment date, they are authorized to claim a refund. The mode of delivery is decided on the basis of number of pills preferred by the customers as well as the delivery address.
